Lew Oliver’s fixation for beautiful, functional forms began at the age of 5. Since boyhood, he has turned this hobby into a career of creating a world in which he would like to live in. Understanding the needs for building connectivity, preserving nature, and social viability, are all concepts Lew has been designing around for two decades.
His experience and passion now guide him into a realm of making an even larger impact by creating unique master plans that can also accommodate his housing product types.

Liz Treadwell is the Chief Growth Officer and head of Client Experience.
Liz has her B.S. in Communications with a concentraton in Public Relations, but has quickly adapted to wearing numerous hats outside her formal training.
She uses her inherent affinity for connection and communications background to ensure the best experience for our clients.
She promotes Lew Oliver Inc. by forming strategic partnerships, cultivating compatible customers, and overseeing sales and marketing efforts.
Her creativity shines when she curates exterior material palettes for LOI projects.

Jenn McClure lives up to her desire to be “the solution to your problems,” working with our team and clients to maintain an organized, highly functioning environment as Studio Manager.
She enjoys working “behind the curtain” to ensure efficiency, and yet her personality is sure to warm any environment.
Her background in paralegal work, office management, and bookkeeping makes her quick on her feet, detail oriented, and indespensible!
Joshua Goheen is a designer with Lew Oliver Inc, who uses his drawing talents and passion for traditional town planning to support our projects.
Joshua earned his bachelor’s and master’s degrees in architecture from Andrews University. Study abroad in Europe and the Middle East enhanced his education, molding a solid foundation in traditional design and urbanism. His resume includes creating detailed construction documents, construction management, carpentry, custom cabinetry, and real estate brokerage. His commitment to designing sustainable, community-focused environments returned him to design and land planning with LOI, so he can make tangible, positive impacts to the built environment.
